摘要
主要研究湖南省资兴市在面对煤炭资源枯竭和环境政策压力时的转型发展路径,开展硅石等非金属矿产资源的调查评价,依托项目形成的创新方法理论和丰富找矿成果,成功实现了项目滚动与成果转化,有效促进了当地硅石资源的开发利用和产业发展,为地方经济可持续发展提供了有力支撑。提出的政事高效合作、方法理论创新、政策规划指引以及政府重视支持是资兴市实现矿业转型发展的关键因素,相关做法和经验为同类型地区矿产资源的开发利用提供了借鉴。
The main research focuses on the transformation and development path of Zixing city in Hunan province in the face of coal resource depletion and environmental policy pressure.The investigation and evaluation of non-metallic mineral resources such as silica were carried out,and based on the innovative methods and theories formed by the project and rich exploration results,the project rolling and achievement transformation were successfully achieved,effectively promoting the development and utilization of local silica resources and industrial development,providing strong support for the sustainable development of the local economy.The key factors for Zixing city to achieve the transformation and development of mining industry are the proposed efficient cooperation in political affairs,innovative methods and theories,policy planning guidance,and government support.Relevant practices and experiences provide reference for the development and utilization of mineral resources in similar areas.
