摘要
酒检仪属于强制性检定设备,通常依据JJG 657-2019检定规程进行检定。但该规程仅规定了检定条件和项目。因此,本文以3种型号为例,通过改变进气的温度、流量及浓度,观察不同的个体体温、吹气量、饮酒量等对测量结果的影响。结果表明:在温度(33.2~35.3)℃,流量(13~16)L/min范围内,示值误差变化的绝对值≤0.006mg/L,误差变化现场执法可接受;在浓度(0~7.0)mg/L范围内,示值误差满足规程要求,但会随浓度的增大而变大。
The liquor tester is a mandatory verification equipment,which is usually verified according to the JJG 657-2019 verification regulations.However,this regulation only specifies the verification conditions and items.Therefore,this paper takes three types of models as an example,by changing the temperature,flow and concentration of the intake air,to observe the influence of different individual body temperature,blowing volume,drinking volume,etc.,on the measurement results.The results show that in the range of temperature(33.2~35.3)℃ and flow(13~16)L/min,the absolute value of the error variation is less than 0.006mg/L,and the error variation is acceptable for field enforcement.In the range of concentration(0~7.0)mg/L,the indicating error meets the requirements of the specification,but it will increase with the increase of concentration.
