摘要
蔗糖产业是云南省德宏州的传统优势支柱产业,是解决“三农”问题最重要的产业。本文基于全产业链分析发展现状,通过分析德宏州蔗糖产业高质量发展面临着的甘蔗原料供应不足、生产规模较小、产业链延伸乏力、人才匮乏断层等主要问题,提出推动德宏州蔗糖产业高质量发展的稳定原料供应、规模化生产经营、提高产业附加值、打造“互联网+食糖+食糖附属产品”新模式及创新人才培养机制等新质生产力对策,助推德宏州蔗糖产业高质量发展。
The sugar industry is a traditional advantageous pillar industry in Dehong Prefecture,Yunnan Province,and the most important industry in solving the“Three Rural Issues”.Based on the analysis of the development status of the whole industrial chain,this paper analyzes the main problems faced by the high-quality development of Dehong's sugar industry,such as insufficient supply of sugarcane raw materials,small production scale,weak extension of the industrial chain,lack of talent,and puts forward new quality productive forces to promote the high-quality development of Dehong's sugar industry,such as stable raw material supply,large-scale production and operation,improving industrial added value,creating a new model of“Internet plus+sugar+sugar ancillary products”and innovative talent training mechanism,so as to boost the high-quality development of Dehong's sugar industry.
