基于离子碎片率、细分升维的食糖产地溯源分析方法

摘要 旨在开发一种新型的食糖产地溯源分析方法,以应对名优特产品保护、走私和假冒伪劣产品打击等迫切需求。由于白砂糖的高纯度导致其指纹特征缺乏,研究采用细分升维的分析方法,挖掘高纯度糖中的碳稳定同位素比率信息,通过离子碎片率的对比,实现食糖产地的精确溯源。结果表明,本方法成功地将单一维度δ^(13)C信息细分为多个分子碎片的δ^(13)C信息,显著扩大了区域δ^(13)C指纹信息差异化。通过K均值聚类分析和双T检验,验证了该方法对于白砂糖产地溯源的准确性。不同地区厂家的同位素比值存在差异,且方法鉴别准确率在80%以上。该方法为食糖安全与质量控制提供了可靠的技术支持,未来建议构建更完善的追溯模型和数据库系统,以全面应用于实际生产与流通环节的产品来源识别。 The aim of this study is to develop a novel method for tracing the origin of sugar,in order to address urgent needs such as protecting high-quality and specialty products,combating smuggling,and cracking down on counterfeit and inferior products.Due to the high purity of white sugar,its fingerprint features are lacking.Therefore,the study adopts a subdivision and dimensionality enhancement analysis method to explore the stable isotope ratio information of carbon in high-purity sugar.Through the comparison of ion fragment rates,precise traceability of sugar production areas can be achieved.The results indicate that this method successfully subdivides single dimensionalδ^(13)C information intoδ^(13)C information of multiple molecular fragments,significantly expanding the differentiation of regionalδ^(13)C fingerprint information.The accuracy of this method for tracing the origin of white sugar was verified through K-means clustering analysis and double T test.There are differences in isotopic ratios among manufacturers in different regions,and the accuracy of method identification is over 80%.This method provides reliable technical support for sugar safety and quality control.In the future,it is recommended to build a more comprehensive traceability model and database system for product source identification in actual production and circulation processes.
