摘要
三酰甘油—葡萄糖(TyG)指数作为评估胰岛素抵抗的可靠指标,近年来在心血管疾病领域也受到了广泛的关注。大量研究表明TyG指数与心血管疾病的发生、发展及预后密切相关。此外,人体成分参数如体质量指数、腰围身高比等也被认为与心力衰竭的发生和发展密切相关。本文旨在探讨TyG指数升高及其与人体测量学指标(体质量指数和腰围身高比)相结合在心力衰竭发病及不良预后中的应用进展,以期为临床实践提供理论依据。
The triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index,recognized as a reliable marker for assessing insulin resistance,has received increasing attention in the field of cardiovascular diseases in recent years.Numerous studies have demonstrated a close association between the TyG index and the occurrence,progression,and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.More-over,body composition parameters,such as body mass index(BMI)and waist-to-height ratio(WHtR),have also been linked to the development and progression of heart failure.This article aims to explore the clinical implications of an elevat-ed TyG index,particularly in combination with anthropometric indicators(BMI and WHtR),in the onset and adverse prog-nosis of heart failure,with the goal of providing a theoretical basis for clinical practice.
