摘要
目的 系统检索、提取并总结老年抑郁患者非药物干预的相关证据。方法 计算机检索JBI、Up to Date、PubMed、中国知网等关于老年抑郁患者非药物干预的指南、专家共识、临床决策、最佳实践、证据总结和系统评价,检索时限为2014年10月—2024年10月。由小组成员对纳入的文献进行方法学质量评价,之后进行证据提取和归纳总结。结果 共纳入17项研究,其中5篇指南、5篇专家共识、2篇临床决策、1篇证据总结、4篇系统评价。内容包括心理疗法(6条)、运动疗法(3条)、代替疗法(4条)、其他疗法(5条)4个方面共18条证据。结论 本研究总结老年抑郁非药物干预措施,护理人员在应用证据时需根据患者的个体化需求、文化背景和具体情况,进行评估与干预,以确保干预效果的最大化。
Objective To systematically search,extract,and summarize relevant evidence on non-pharmacological interventions for elderly patients with depression.Methods A computer search was conducted in databases such as JBI,Up To Date,PubMed,and CNKI for guidelines,expert consensus,clinical decisions,best practices,evidence summa-ries,and systematic reviews related to non-pharmacological interventions for elderly depression,with a search time frame from October 2014 to October 2024.The methodological quality of the included literature was assessed by group members,followed by evidence extraction and synthesis.Results A total of 17 studies were included,comprising 5 guidelines,5 expert consensus documents,2 clinical decisions,1 evidence summary,and 4 systematic reviews.The content was sum-marized into 18 pieces of evidence across four areas:psychotherapy(6 items),exercise therapy(3 items),alternative therapies(4 items),and other therapies(5 items).Conclusions This study summarizes non-pharmacological interven-tions for elderly depression.When applying the evidence,nursing staff should assess and intervene based on the patient's individual needs,cultural background,and specific situation to maximize the effectiveness of the interventions.
