摘要
从西方引入的“教学与科研相统一”的思想及其不断周延的大学功用概念,使高校科教融合意涵从基于传统大学职能的科教融合延展到基于现代大学功能的科教融合,再过渡到基于当代大学效用的科教融合,构成了职能—微观、功能—中观、效用—宏观三个“视角—层次”。基于此,全面检视我国高校科教融合的发展困境,可归纳为协同育人层面高校教学与科研呈现“冲突”或“矛盾”、机构整合层面高校与科研机构的“协同性”不足、资源统筹层面教育事业与科技事业的“整合性”欠缺三个方面。面向未来,在人才培养方面从关注“科研的育人性”向更加关注“教学的学术性”,在组织机构方面从关注“机构合并融入”向更加关注“混合平台创设”,在资源配置方面从关注“部门统筹协调”向更加关注“创新策源能力”转换,将成为我国高校科教融合的纾解之策。
The idea of teaching and research unification introduced from the West and the constantly evolving concept of the university's function have led to the extension of the connotation of integration of science and education in universities from integration of science and education based on traditional university functions to integration of science and education based on modern university functions,and then to integration of science and education based on the utility of contemporary universities.This has formed three perspectives and levels of viewpoints-hierarchies:duty-micro,functional-meso and utility-macro.Based on this,a comprehensive review of the development dilemmas of science and education integration in Chinese universities can be summarized as three levels:conflicts and contradictions between university teaching and research in terms of synergistic education,insufficient synergy between universities and research institutions in terms of institutional integration,and insufficient integration of education and science and technology in terms of resource allocation.Looking forward,shifting form focusing academic nature of research to focusing more on academic nature of teaching in terms of personnel training,from focusing integrating institutional mergers to focusing more on creating hybrid platforms in terms of organizational structure,and from focusing departmental coordination and coordination to focusing more on innovation source capacity in terms of resource allocation will be a solution for integration of science and education in Chinese universities.
