摘要
试验评估复合营养保健砂对种鸽繁殖性能、血浆生化指标和乳鸽生长性能的影响,以明确其在生产上应用的可行性。试验选用96对年龄、体重和繁殖性能相近的米玛斯种鸽,随机分成2组,每组8个重复,每个重复6对种鸽,每对种鸽哺育4只乳鸽,其中对照组饲喂基础保健砂,试验组饲喂复合营养保健砂。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,试验组种鸽的采砂量极显著降低(P<0.01),试验组种鸽在哺乳期1~14 d的总体重损失显著增加(P<0.05)。试验组雌鸽在哺乳期第21天和休产期第7天的体重显著降低(P<0.05),试验全期雄鸽体重无显著变化(P>0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,试验组受精蛋的孵化率显著降低(P<0.05),但出壳重、受精率和产蛋率均无显著变化(P>0.05),试验组乳鸽平均窝重、平均个体重、蛋品质无显著变化(P>0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,试验组雌鸽血浆中甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05),但葡萄糖、尿素氮、总蛋白、尿酸和总胆固醇含量无显著变化(P>0.05)。研究表明,复合营养保健砂会降低种鸽的采砂量,从而影响种鸽生长与繁殖性能,可能与复合营养保健砂的适口性下降有关。
Experiment assessed the impact of composite nutritional supplement sand on reproductive performance,plasma biochemical indicators,and squab growth performance of Mimas breeding pigeons,aiming to clarify its feasibility in production.Ninety-six pairs of breeding pigeons were selected with similar age,weight,and reproductive performance,randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 replicates each group.Each replicate consisted of 6 pairs of breeding pigeons,and each pair raised 4 squabs.The control group was fed with basic health sand,while the experimental group was fed with composite nutritional supplement sand.The results revealed that:①Compared with the control group,the sand intake of the experimental group pigeons significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the overall weight loss during the 1 to 14 days of lactation in the experimental group significantly increased(P<0.05).The body weight of the experimental group females significantly decreased on the 21st day of lactation and the 7th day of resting period(P<0.05),while the overall body weight of the experimental group males showed no significant change(P>0.05).②Compared with the control group,the hatching rate of fertilized eggs in the experimental group significantly decreased(P<0.05),but hatchling weight,fertilization rate and egg production rate showed no significant change(P>0.05).The average nest weight,average individual weight and egg quality of squabs in the experimental group also showed no significant change(P>0.05).③Compared with the control group,the content of triglycerides in the plasma of female pigeons in the experimental group significantly decreased(P<0.05),but the levels of glucose,blood urea nitrogen,total protein,uric acid and total cholesterol showed no significant change(P>0.05).The experiment indicated that the composite nutritional health sand could reduce the sand intake of breeder pigeons,thereby affected their growth and reproductive performance,which might be attributed to a decrease in palatability of the composite nutritional health sand.
