摘要
针对车辆底盘作业环境及使用要求,通过研究环氧树脂、固化剂种类及用量、助剂等对环氧涂层性能的影响,制备了适合车辆底盘底涂用的环氧粉末涂料,并通过与高耐候面涂层用聚酯粉末涂料搭配进行综合性能测试,得到了适合车辆底盘用的双涂层粉末涂料体系与涂装工艺,解决了车辆底盘粉末涂装时的耐盐雾及耐老化问题。
According to the working environment and application requirements of vehicle chassis,epoxy powder coatings suitable for vehicle chassis application were prepared by studying the influence of epoxy resin,curing agent type and dosage,additives,etc.on the performance of epoxy coatings.Through the comprehensive performance test with polyester powder coatings for high weather resistance surface coatings layers,the double coatings layer powder coatings system and application process suitable for vehicle chassis were obtained,solving the problem of salt spray resistance and aging resistance in vehicle chassis powder coatings application.
