摘要
简述了汽车运输船防滑措施,常用防滑涂料的技术工艺要求、选择、涂料配套、施工工艺、设计过程中防滑涂料布置要求。根据多型产品船的实际应用经验,提出一些现场施工流程的处理办法,对防滑涂料的应用给出建议。
This paper provides a brief overview of anti-slip measures for Pure Car and Truck Carrier(PCTC),including the technical requirements,selection,coatings system,application processes for commonly used anti-slip coatings.It also outlines the design considerations for arrangement of anti-slip coatings.Based on practical experience from multiple products ships,the paper proposes several on-site construction process solutions and offers recommendation for the application of anti-slip coatings.
