摘要
全球范围内的“汉语热”持续升温,海外华文师资队伍发展所面临的问题日益突出。为有效应对海外华文师资队伍发展的现实困境,拟提出几条纾解策略:加大华文师资培训中心的建设与扶持力度,实现海外本土华文教师培训常态化;构建海外华文教师培训评估体系,推进华文师资培训精准化;鼓励国内高校“走出去”,加大联合培养本土师资的力度;打造华文教育共同体,搭建教师学习共同体,共享优质资源;积极推广“新老年”海外讲学项目,发挥“新老年”的个体优势。
The global"Chinese language boom"continues to gain momentum,highlighting the increasingly prominent challenges in the development of overseas Chinese language teaching staff.To effectively address these practical difficulties,several mitigation strategies are proposed:strengthening the establishment and support for Chinese language teacher training centers to normalize the training of local overseas Chinese language teachers;developing an evaluation system for overseas Chinese language teacher training to enhance precision in training efforts;encouraging domestic universities to"go global"and intensify joint efforts to cultivate local teaching staff;creating a Chinese language education community to build a shared learning network for teachers and share high-quality resources;and actively promoting overseas teaching programs for"new seniors"to leverage the unique strengths of this group.
