摘要 新能源汽车产业已上升为国家战略,正处于高速发展阶段,面临专业人才紧缺现状,特别是缺少具备扎实专业知识和实践技能的高素质技术技能人才。为积极弥补区域产业发展中新能源汽车专业人才需求的缺口,解决新技术、新工艺、新方法及新标准转化为教学内容不及时和岗课对接不紧密的问题,同时为完成立德树人根本目标,针对思政教育和劳动教育当前存在的分布零散、目标不够清晰,缺乏系统性和全面性的现状,构建“思政浸润、劳动赋能、产教融合”三驱动协同育人模式,打造新能源汽车产业市域产教联合体,重构专业课程体系、思政体系和劳动体系,经实施取得了良好的育人效果,对高职新能源汽车技术专业人才培养具有推广作用。 The new energy vehicle industry has risen to a national strategy and is in a stage of rapid development.It is facing a shortage of professional talents,especially high-quality technical and skilled talents with solid professional knowledge and practical skills.In order to actively make up for the gap in the demand for new energy vehicle professionals in regional industrial development,solve the problem of untimely transformation of new technologies,new processes,new methods and new standards into teaching content and loose connection between positions and courses,and at the same time,to achieve the fundamental goal of cultivating people with moral integrity,in view of the current scattered distribution,unclear goals,lack of systematicness and comprehensiveness of ideological and political education and labor education,a three-driven collaborative education model of"ideological and political immersion,labor mmpowerment,and integration of industry and education"is constructed to create a new energy vehicle industry city-level industry-education consortium,reconstruct the professional curriculum system,ideological and political system and labor system,and achieve good educational results after implementation,which has a promotion effect on the cultivation of talents in higher vocational new energy vehicle technology majors.
