摘要
冰壶运动员经常发生劳损性损伤,但在此之前的隐匿性损伤更容易被人忽视,致使伤情加重、关节疼痛。运用文献资料、专家访谈、调查问卷、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,对25名高水平冰壶运动员的隐匿性损伤情况进行研究。得出冰壶运动员膝关节的隐匿性损伤最为疼痛且多发;在发病率方面,省队运动员高于国家队运动员,一垒、二垒高于其他垒次,男运动员更有可能发生肩关节疼痛;隐匿性损伤的致因包括过度使用关节、持续相同姿势刺激肌筋膜、冰壶技术动作存在异常的生物力线等,治疗途径可从隐匿性损伤评估、物理因子治疗、手法治疗、特定运动疗法等方面入手。建议冰壶运动员及教练员应注意动作的规范性与科学性,合理安排训练、康复、休息的时间;重视对隐匿性损伤的预防和干预,积极采取多种治疗手法;后续对国家二级及专修冰壶运动员进行更广泛的调查。
Curling athletes often suffer from strain injuries.However,the occult injuries before that are more likely to be overlooked,leading to aggravated injuries and joint pain.By using research methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,a study on the occult injuries of 25 high-level curling athletes was conducted.It is concluded that the occult injuries of the knee joints of curling athletes are the most painful and frequent.The incidence of the provincial team athletes is higher than the national team athletes.The lead and the second have a higher incidence than those in other positons.Male athletes are more likely to experience shoulder pain.The causes of occult injuries include overuse of joints,continuous stimulation of myofascia in the same posture,and abnormal biomechanical lines in curling technical movements.Treatment approaches can start from aspects such as occult injury assessment,physical factor therapy,manual the rapy and specific exercise therapy.It is recommended that curling athletes and coaches should pay attention to the standardization and scientificity of movements,reasonably arrange the training,rehabilitation and rest time.They should pay attention to the prevention and intervention of occult injuries,and actively adopt a variety of treatment methods.In the followup,a more extensive investigation should be carried out on national second level and specialized curling athletes.
