摘要
后冬奥时代,在全球体育格局愈加复杂多变的背景下,中国同俄罗斯围绕雪车项目开展合作具有重要的战略意义。通过分析中俄两国在雪车项目发展中的优势与劣势,得出在后冬奥时代开展中俄冰雪体育合作,具有提高冰雪运动人才的社会地位、促进冰雪运动人文的交流能力、加强冰雪运动精神的互通理念等价值意蕴。针对中俄雪车项目合作发展中面临的国际制裁波及全局,合作前景挑战重重;体育科技存在差距,发展速度步调不同;合作机制亟需创新,人才培养有待深化等现实困境。提出深化国际体育合作,坚决反对政治干预;协同推动科技创新,积极应用数字技术;丰富人才双向交流,健全人才培养体系等突破策略。通过加强中俄之间在雪车项目上的交流与合作,助力中国冰雪运动实现跨越式发展,带动俄罗斯逐步走出体育制裁困境,共同提升两国在国际体育舞台上的话语权。
In the post Winter Olympics era,under the back of an increasingly complex and changing global sports landscape,cooperation between China and Russia around the bobsleigh event has important strategic significance.By analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of China and Russia in the development of snowmobile events,it is concluded that carrying out Sino Russian ice and snow sports cooperation in the post Winter Olympics era has value implications such as improving the social status of ice and snow sports talents,promoting the exchange of ice and snow sports culture,and strengthening the concept of mutual exchange of ice and snow sports spirit.Aiming to the international sanctions faced in the cooperation and development of the snowmobile events between China and Russia,it has a global impact,and the prospects for cooperation are full of challenges;There is a gap in sports technology,and the pace of development varies;There are practical difficulties such as the urgent need for innovation in cooperation mechanisms and the need to deepen talent cultivation.Aiming to these problems,it’s proposed to deepen international sports cooperation and firmly oppose political interference;Collaborating to promote technological innovation and actively apply digital technology;Breakthrough strategies such as enriching the two-way exchange of talents and improving the talent training system.By strengthening exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia in snowmobile events,it could help China’s ice and snow sports achieve leapfrog development,drive Russia to gradually overcome sports sanctions,and jointly enhance the two countries’discourse power on the international sports stage.
