摘要
目的对比高原与平原地区、首次及二次感染新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)感染一般血液学指标,探讨常见血清学指标与病情严重相关程度。方法收集2022年12月至2023年7月就诊于该院门诊的新冠核酸检测阳性感染患者708人,依据病情分为轻型及中重型,分组后对比其一般临床资料及血清学相关指标,分析影响分型的相关因素。结果轻型与中重型在年龄、血小板、中性粒细胞占比、D-二聚体存在统计学差异,两组间常驻地区海拔、民族、感染次数、性别、白细胞总数、单核细胞、淋巴细胞、CRP、PCT、NLR无统计学差异。结论年龄、血小板、中性粒细胞占比、D-二聚体是在新冠感染中重症发生的危险因素,必要时应尽早抗凝或抗血小板治疗。
Objective To compare the general hematological indicators of COVID-19 infection between plateau and plain areas,as well as the first and second infections of COVID-19,and to discuss the correlation between common serological indicators and severity of illness.Methods A total of 708 patients with positive nucleic acid tests who visited the outpatient clinic of the hospital from December 2022 to July 2023 were collected.The patients were divided into mild and moderate-to-severe groups according to their conditions.The general clinical data and serological related indicators were compared after grouping,and the relevant factors affecting the classification were analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences between the mild and the moderate-to-severe in terms of age,platelets,neutrophil ratio,and D-dimer.There were no statistically significant differences in altitude,ethnicity,number of infections,gender,total number of white blood cells,monocytes,lymphocytes,CRP,PCT and NLR between the two groups.Conclusion Age,platelets,neutrophil ratio,and D-dimer are risk factors for severe disease in COVID-19 infection,and anticoagulation or antiplatelet therapy should be given as soon as possible.
