摘要
随着我国城市燃气设施逐步进入老化周期,早期建设的燃气立管因管材腐蚀、老化导致的泄漏问题日益严重,不仅威胁公共安全,还加剧了甲烷排放引发的环境问题。针对镀锌钢管与铝塑复合管在户外应用中存在的工艺缺陷、防腐不足、维护困难等问题,提出涂覆碳钢管与户外用聚乙烯耐候管两种改造方案。通过材料特性、施工工艺、经济性及实际应用案例的对比分析,发现户外用聚乙烯耐候管初始投资的户均成本略高,但使用寿命长且具有免维护的特性,在全寿命周期经济性上更具竞争力,可作为老旧燃气立管改造的首选材料。
As China’s city gas facilities gradually enter the aging cycle,the leakage of gas risers constructed in the early days due to corrosion and aging of pipes is becoming more and more serious,which not only threatens the public safety,but also aggravates the environmental problems caused by methane emission.Aiming at the process defects,insufficient anti-corrosion and maintenance difficulties of galvanized steel pipe and aluminum-plastic composite pipe in outdoor applications,two transformation schemes of coated carbon steel pipe and outdoor polyethylene weathering pipe are proposed.Through the comparative analysis of material characteristics,construction process,economy and actual application cases,it is found that the average household cost of the outdoor polyethylene weathering pipe is slightly higher than the initial investment,but it has a long service life and is maintenance-free,which makes it more competitive in terms of whole-life cycle economy,and it can be used as the preferred material for the renovation of old gas risers.
