摘要
按我国现行规范要求,尾矿库调洪演算应采用水量平衡法计算,且一次洪水排出时间应小于72 h。但当尾矿库调洪库容可装下一次洪水总量时,则多出现计算结果不能满足规范要求的情况。通过案例分析,提出可通过拟定更高水头的条件下得出满足规范要求的洪水位,并依此确定符合尾矿库防洪安全要求的防洪高度。
According to the current codes in China,the method of water balance is used to calculate the flood control of tailings storage,and the flood discharge time should be less than 72 hours.However,when the flood control capacity of the tailings storage can accommodate the total amount of the flood,it often occurs that the calculation results cannot satisfy the requirement of the codes.Through case analysis,it is proposed that the flood level that meets the codes requirements can be derived by formulating higher water head,and accordingly,the required flood control height can be finally determined to ensure the safety of tailings storage flood control.
