摘要
针对Atlas Copco空压机与工业控制系统的通信集成难题,系统性地分析了Profibus-DP协议的数据交互机制,并提出基于西门子S7-1200 PLC的Profinet通信中转方案。通过某铜冶炼项目实践,验证了该方案在多设备协同控制、大容量数据传输及异构网络融合中的有效性。研究结果表明,采用S7-1200作为协议转换枢纽,可将单次通信数据容量提升至1400 B,轮询周期缩短至200 ms,系统稳定运行两年未发生通信故障,为工业现场设备集成提供了经济可靠的解决方案。
In response to the communication integration difficulties between Atlas Copco air compressor and industrial control system,the paper systematically analyzes the data exchange mechanism of Profibus DP protocol and proposes a Profinet communication relay solution based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC.The effectiveness of this solution in multi-device collaborative control,large-capacity data transmission and heterogeneous network convergence can be verified through the practice of a copper smelting project.The research results indicate that using S7-1200 as a protocol conversion hub can increase the single communication data capacity to 1400 byte,shorten the polling cycle to 200 ms,and ensure stable system operation for two years without communication failures,which provides an economical and reliable solution for the integration of industrial field devices.
