摘要
在破碎岩层中施工皮带道马头门与计量装载硐室时,由于结构复杂、断面高、浇筑困难、围岩自稳性差、揭露面积大、暴露时间长等特点,易引发马头门顶板与井壁垮塌,严重威胁施工安全。以某金属矿山主井破碎岩层段工程施工为例,通过设置截水槽导水、强化初期支护(锚网喷+钢拱架)、优化爆破参数(减小周边眼布孔间距与减少单孔装药量)、合理划分施工顺序及分层分步浇筑等措施,实现了皮带道马头门与计量装载硐室的安全高效施工。施工完成后,皮带道马头门与计量装载硐室整体浇筑质量好,为整个主井系统的顺利建成奠定了良好的基础。
The construction of the belt gallery’s ingate and measured loading chamber in the broken rock strata is susceptible to collapse of the ingate roof and shaft wall due to complex structure,high section,difficult pouring,undesirable self-stability of the surrounding rock,large exposure area,and long exposure time,which pose a serious threat to the construction safety.Taking the construction of the broken rock section in a certain metal mine’s main shaft as an example,the safe and efficient construction of the belt gallery’s ingate and measured loading chamber can be achieved by arranging the interception channels for water diversion,strengthening the initial support(wire mesh spraying+steel arch),optimizing the blasting parameters(reducing the spacing of the peripheral boreholes and decreasing the amount of single-hole charges),classifying the construction sequence in a reasonable manner and pouring in layers and steps.Upon completion of the construction,the belt gallery’s ingate and measured loading chamber can be poured in a good quality as a whole,laying a good foundation for the successful construction of the entire main shaft system.
