摘要
针对某地低品位富银铅锌矿石特点,进行了银铅优选浮选试验研究。通过工艺矿物学研究,查明了影响铅锌及伴生银选矿的主要因素为:原矿品位低、嵌布粒度微细、层状易浮脉石云母含量高、铅锌硫共生关系复杂等。以此为基础开展了选矿试验研究,进行了大量的条件以及对比试验,结果表明,组合抑制剂“NaOH+YZ-1+ZnSO_(4)”和捕收剂BJ-10可有效提高精矿中铅、银回收率,并实现铅与锌分离。银铅优先浮选闭路可获得铅精矿中Pb品位62.47%、含Ag13430 g/t、铅回收率为88.68%、银回收率为82.38%的选别指标。
An experimental study on preferential flotation of silver and lead was conducted based on the characteristics of a low-grade silver-rich lead-zinc ore from a certain locality.Through process mineralogy research,the main factors affecting the beneficiation of lead,zinc,and associated silver were identified as:low grade of the raw ore,fine dissemination size,high content of easily floatable laminar gangue mica,and complex paragenetic relationships among lead,zinc,and sulfur.Based on these findings,beneficiation tests were carried out,including numerous condition and comparative tests.The results indicated that the combination of inhibitors"NaOH+YZ-1+ZnSO_(4)"and the collector BJ-10 can effectively improve the recoveries of lead and silver in the concentrate and achieve the separation of lead and zinc.The locked-cycle selective flotation of silver and lead yielded a lead concentrate containing 62.47%Pb,13430 g/t Ag,with a lead recovery of 88.68%and a silver recovery of 82.38%.
