摘要
连续微流体的线性冷却可以提供精确降温速度,是细胞定向冷冻、冰核等研究的关键保障。本文介绍了一种具有线性温度梯度的复合结构热电制冷器的构建方法。所构建的热电制冷器不仅能够实现连续微流控系统的线性冷却,而且还具有更低的功耗。此外,复合结构热电制冷器的温度梯度在不同工作电流下都表现出良好的线性度,因此可以通过控制电流来调节其连续微流体的冷却速度。在电流和流速分别为3 A和10 mm/s时,复合结构热电制冷器可使微流体以10.5 K/s的速度从298.7 K线性冷却到256.6 K。
Linear cooling of continuous microfluidics can provide precise cooling rate,which is the key guarantee for the research of directional freezing of cells,and ice nucleation.This paper presents the construction method of a composite structure thermoelectric cooler with a linear temperature gradient.The composite structure thermoelectric cooler not only achieves linear cooling of continuous microfluidic systems but also consumes less power.Additionally,the temperature gradients maintains good linearity under different operating currents of thermoelectric cooler,and the cooling rate of the microfluidic system can be regulated by adjusting the current of the thermoelectric cooler.At a current and flow rate of 3 A and 10 mm/s,respectively,the composite-structured thermoelectric cooler can linearly cool the microfluid from 298.7 K to 256.6 K at 10.5 K/s.The microfluidic cooling rate can be regulated by the current of the thermoelectric cooler.
