摘要
劳动精神是一种推崇劳动价值与发挥精神引领作用的精神形态。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记就劳动精神的内涵、地位和弘扬问题,发表了一系列新观点和新论断,形成了习近平总书记关于劳动精神的重要论述。这一重要论述是对劳动变化的科学把握和劳动价值的当代诠释,彰显出批判性与建设性、历史性与时代性、人民性与社会性、民族性与世界性相统一的理论特质,为新时代加强劳动教育提供了遵循,为解决劳动问题指明了方向,为推进中国式现代化注入了动能。
The labor spirit is a spiritual form that advocates labor value and serves as a guiding role of spirit.Since the 18^(th)National Congress of the Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping has published a series of new views and assertions on the connotation,status and promotion of labor spirit,forming General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourses on labor spirit.Such important expositions are a scientific grasp of the evolution of labor and a contemporary interpretation of the value of labor,which embodies the theoretical characteristics of criticality and constructiveness,historical and contemporary unity,people-centeredness and social unity,and nationality and worldliness,guiding for strengthening labor education in the new era,pointing out the direction for solving labor problems,and injecting momentum into the advancement of Chinese path to modernization.
