培养新质生产力人才沟通合作表达能力的途径——基于“沟通与写作”课程教材教法的实践经验 被引量:1

摘要 回顾创建“沟通与写作”课程十余年的经历,总结其内容和教材教法的整合、提炼、创新的经验,阐释该课程所具的新文科跨学科融合创新、铸魂启智、技术赋能的特点:具体体现在立足沟通主导、能力本位的理念。从学子需求和社会职业能力出发,以沟通引领口才和写作训练,提供综合实用性系统知识和方法,着力培养学子理论联系实践、解决问题的能力;教学上崇尚“教是为了不需教”,采取“督导自探互动学习”教学法,构建起一系列切实可行的操作措施,教与学达成知行合一的良好成效。实践证明这门课程可以高效发挥助力提高大学生沟通表达和写作能力的作用,有利于培养新质生产力人才。 Reviewing the experience of creating the“Communication and Writing”course for more than a decade,this paper summarizes the experience of integrating,refining and innovating its content and teaching methods,and elaborates on the characteristics of the new liberal arts interdisciplinary integration,innovation,soul-casting,and intelligence-inspiration and technology empowerment.This is specifically reflected in the concept of communication-led and competency-based.Starting from the needs of students and social professional competencies,this course oral and written communication training,providing comprehensive and practical systematic knowledge and methods,and focuses on cultivating students’ability to apply theory to practice and solve problems.In teaching,it advocates“teaching is for not needing to teach”,adopts the“supervision,self exploration,and interactive learning”teaching method,and constructs series of feasible operational measures,achieving good results of knowledge and practice integration.Practice has proved that this course can efficiently play a role in improving college students’communication expression writing abilities,and is conducive to cultivating new quality productive forces talents.
