摘要
本文基于2014—2021年282个地级市数据,构建数字乡村建设与农业绿色发展的评价指标并进行测算,运用固定效应模型考察二者之间的影响及作用机制。研究发现:数字乡村建设对农业绿色发展有显著促进作用。从数字乡村建设的不同维度看,农户数字素养贡献率最高;异质性分析发现,数字乡村建设的绿色发展效应在东部、亚热带与热带、平原地区、非粮食主产区与非重要农产品生产保护区更显著;机制分析显示,数字乡村建设通过缓解气候灾害、激发农村经济发展活力、推动科技进步等作用机制提升农业绿色发展水平。
Based on data from 282 prefecture-level cities from 2014 to 2021,this study constructs evaluation indicators for digital rural construction and green agricultural development and conducts measurements.A fixed effects model is employed to examine the influence and mechanisms of action between the two.The study finds that digital rural construction has a significant positive effect on green agricultural development.From different dimensions of digital rural construction,the contribution rate of farmers’digital literacy is the highest;heterogeneity analysis reveals that the green development effect of digital rural construction is more pronounced in the eastern region,subtropics and tropics,plain areas,non-major grain-producing areas,and non-key agricultural product protection areas;mechanism analysis shows that digital rural construction enhances the level of green agricultural development through mechanisms such as alleviating climate disasters,stimulating the vitality of rural economic development,and advancing scientific and technological progress.
