摘要
子宫内膜容受性是指子宫内膜对胚胎的接受能力,即允许胚胎在子宫腔内进行定位、黏附、侵入等过程的能力,在辅助生殖中占有举足轻重的地位。本文就超声影像学、组织病理学、分子生物学、微生物组学及生物信息学对子宫内膜容受性的检测方法进展进行综述。
Endometrial receptivity refers to the ability of endometrium to accept embryo,the ability to allow embryo to undergo localization,adhesion,invasion and other processes in the uterine cavity,it plays an important role in assisted reproduction.In this paper,we reviewed the progress of methods for detecting endometrial receptivity in ultrasound imaging,histopathology,molecular biology,microbiome and bioinformatics.
