摘要
以兰炭燃气锅炉管式空预器为对象,通过运行工况分析、宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、硬度分析和能谱分析等方法,对含酚废水掺烧后空预器管子腐蚀机理进行研究。结果表明:含酚废水掺烧产生的飞灰和硫分加快了对搪瓷空预器管的腐蚀,而搪瓷管本身的质量问题也是导致腐蚀的重要因素。
The corrosion mechanism of the tube air preheater in a gas-fired boiler was investigated in this study through analysis of operating conditions,macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis,hardness analysis,and energy spectrum analysis.The findings indicate that the combination of fly ash and sulfur content generated from phenol wastewater mixing can expedite the corrosion process of enamel air preheater pipes.Additionally,the quality of the enamel pipes themselves also plays a significant role in promoting corrosion.
