基于NASSIM平台的安全级DCS测试设计验证方法探索

摘要 安全级DCS是核电站重要的保护系统,许多新建和改造项目都会采用国产化的安全级DCS。随着仿真系统平台安全级虚拟DCS(NASSIM)的发展和成熟,为提高安全级DCS项目测试设计验证质量,面向安全级DCS项目的全部生命周期,优化测试设计验证流程。同时,提出了采用NASSIM平台的测试设计验证方法,并在安全级DCS供货项目及设备供货后的现场变更中应用此方法。结果表明,使用NASSIM平台验证后的测试设计质量明显提高,此方法在后续项目中具有推广意义。 Safety-grade DCS is an important protection system in nuclear power plants,many new construction and renovation projects adopt domestically produced safety-grade DCS.With the development and maturity of simulation system platform safety-grade virtual DCS(NASSIM),in order to improve the quality of testing design verification for safety-grade DCS projects,the testing design verification process is optimized for the entire lifecycle of safety-grade DCS projects.At the same time,proposed the use of NASSIM platform testing design verification method,and applied this method in safety-grade DCS supply projects and on-site changes after equipment supply.The results indicate that the quality of test design significantly improved after verification using the NASSIM platform,and this method has promotional significance in subsequent projects.
