摘要
为有效管理管道并减少安全事故,研究了集中供热管道在运行过程中的理论公称壁厚计算。通过使用超声波测厚仪实际测量管道壁厚,并将实际测量值与公称壁厚进行对比,以评估供热管道的失效可能性。最后,根据失效可能性及其后果划分安全等级,并提出具体的应对措施,以实现对供热管网安全运行的监控,保障生产安全,减少管线运行中的故障及隐患。
To effectively manage pipelines and reduce safety accidents,this paper studies the calculation of theoretical nominal wall thickness during the operation of centralized heating pipelines.By using ultrasonic thickness gauges to measure the actual wall thickness of the pipelines and comparing these measurements with the nominal wall thickness,the potential for failure of the heating pipes is assessed.Finally,based on the likelihood and consequences of failure,safety levels are determined,and specific countermeasures are proposed to monitor the safe operation of the heating network,ensure production safety,and reduce operational faults and risks.
