摘要
针对站用直流系统绝缘监测装置在馈线支路绝缘检测方面存在的问题,提出了一种基于MCU芯片的自动预警系统。该系统能集成分机功能于信号采集模块内,可简化程序、电路设计以及现场安装和接线。通过增加报警功能及支路状态指示控制,实现了对每条支路的实时监控与故障预警,显著提高了绝缘监测的准确性和效率。
This paper proposes an automatic warning system based on a MCU chip to address the problems in the insulation detection of feeder branches in station DC system insulation monitoring devices.This system can integrate extension functions into the signal acquisition module,simplifying program and circuit design as well as on-site installation and wiring.By adding alarm functions and branch status indication control,real-time monitoring and fault warning of each branch have been achieved,significantly improving the accuracy and efficiency of insulation monitoring.
