摘要
地面电源装置是飞机在地面时向飞机供电的电源设备。采用集中式地面电源系统具有利用率高、体积小以及降低成本等优点。以集中式地面电源系统中三电平中点钳位型级联变换器(3LNPC-CC)为研究对象,分析由于整流器中的IGBT开路等引起故障,将导致电压发生漂移,最终可能损坏元器件。针对此情况提出了基于3LNPC-CC的平滑开关序列调制(FSSOM)策略,通过选择合适的开关状态并对其进行平滑转换来达到均压的目的,从而实现电力电子变换器的后级正常运行。实验结果验证了该控制策略能够在整流侧故障后实现模块间的均压,满足预期要求。
The ground power supply device is a power supply device that supplies power to an aircraft when it is on the ground,the centralized ground power system has the advantages of high utilization,small size and low cost.In this paper,the Three-Level Neutral-Point Clamped Cascaded Converter(3LNPC-CC)in centralized ground power system is taken as the research object.Failure like IGBT open circuits in the rectifier can cause voltage drift,risking component damage.To tackle this,a Flat and Smooth Switch Order Modulation(FSSOM)strategy for 3LNPC-CC is proposed.This method selects suitable switch states smoothly to regulate voltage,ensuring power electronic converters operate correctly.Finally,the results of experiment verified that the whole control strategy adopted in this thesis can realize the voltage balance between modules after Rectifier-port fault.The results achieve the expected goal.
