摘要
随着健康中国战略的提出,大力发展医务社会工作业已成为落实这一战略的客观要求。研究中国医务社会工作伦理实践的现状,呈现主要伦理挑战和应对情况至关重要。文章采用混合研究方法,对全国医务社会工作伦理实践现状开展调研,研究发现:一是在医务社会工作者的伦理认知方面,该群体对专业价值和伦理高度重视,但对全国性和国际性专业伦理规范的认知程度存在差异;二是在医务社会工作伦理挑战方面,识别出了伦理风险、伦理难题和伦理困境的主要类型;三是在医务社会工作伦理挑战的应对方面,梳理出了医务社会工作者应对伦理挑战的个人性与情境性影响因素、四种主要策略和四类主要资源。
With the proposal of the Healthy China Initiative,vigorously developing medical social work has become an objective requirement for implementing this strategy.It is crucial to investigate the current status of ethical practice in Chinese medical social work,as well as to identify key ethical challenges and responses.This study employs a mixed-methods approach to survey the ethical practice of medical social work across the country.It reveals the following findings:First,while medical social workers generally place significant importance on professional values and ethics,there are differences in their understanding of national and international professional ethical norms.Second,the study identifies significant ethical challenges faced by medical social workers,including various types of ethical risks,dilemmas,and diffculties encountered in practice.Third,the study outlines the personal and contextual factors influencing medical social workers'responses to ethical challenges.It also categorizes four main strategies and four key resources used by medical social workers to address these challenges.
