摘要
【目的】以4个甜樱桃品种为试材,研究不同浓度单氰胺对温室甜樱桃生长发育及果实品质的影响,为甜樱桃设施栽培提质增效提供理论基础。【方法】在温室中,将50%单氰胺分别稀释至60倍、80倍和100倍,用不同浓度单氰胺喷施4个甜樱桃品种(美早、红灯、黄蜜、龙田晚红),分别对其萌芽时间、开花时间、萌芽率、坐果率、进行调查,并对其单果重、可溶性糖含量等果实指标进行测定。【结果】喷施60倍单氰胺可使甜樱桃萌发时间提前5~8 d,初花期、盛花期和末花期分别提前4~7 d、4~8 d和5~7 d。3种浓度单氰胺处理后甜樱桃萌芽率、坐果率、可溶性糖含量均比对照有显著提高。仅单氰胺60倍稀释处理单果质量比对照有显著提高。【结论】单氰胺对温室甜樱桃生长发育及果实品质均有正向作用,可在生产中适度使用。
【Objective】Four sweet cherry cultivars were used as test materials to study the effects of different concentrations of exogenous hormones on the growth,development,and fruit quality of facility sweet cherries,providing a theoretical basis for improving the quality and efficiency of facility cultivation of sweet cherries.【Methods】Dilute 50%melamine at 60 times,80 times,and 100 times in greenhouse facilities,and spray four types of sweet cherry plants(Meizao,Hongdeng,Huangmi,and LongtianWanhong)with different concentrations of melamine.Then observe and measure the performance of sweet cherries in terms of germination time,germination rate,flowering time,fruit setting rate,single fruit weight,sugar content,etc.【Results】Spraying 60 times the amount of melamine can promote the early germination of sweet cherries by 5-8 days,and advance the initial flowering period,peak flowering period,and final flowering period by 4-7 days,4-8 days,and 5-7 days,respectively.After treatment with three concentrations,the germination rate,fruit setting rate,and sugar content of sweet cherries were significantly improved compared to the control.The single fruit weight was significantly increased compared to the control after 60 fold dilution treatment with melamine.【Conclusion】Monocyanamide has a positive effect on the growth,development,and fruit quality of sweet cherries,and can be used moderately in production.
