基于心理声学参数的车门隐藏式外手柄评价及优化方法

摘要 聚焦车门隐藏式外手柄的声品质,探索了其关键影响因素及有效的优化方案。采集了8个不同车型的隐藏外手柄运行声音样本,通过主观评价的方法对样本进行打分。分析主观分与各种心理声学参数的关联度,发现与主观分关联度较高的是尖锐度和粗糙度。进一步多元线性回归分析表明,尖锐度对车门隐藏式外手柄声品质的主观感受具有显著影响。基于尖锐度目标设定,对一款具体车型的车门隐藏式外手柄进行了声品质优化,通过改进驱动器电机包裹、应用高粘度润滑脂以及调整限位块间隙将尖锐度从1.52 acum降低至1.17 acum,为汽车行业提供了声品质优化的实证案例,也为未来相关研究提供参考。 Focused on the sound quality of the hidden outer handle of the door,and explored its key influencing factors and effective optimization schemes.Sound samples of hidden external controllers from 8 different vehicle models were collected and then the samples were scored through subjective evaluation.By analyzing the correlation between subjective scores and various psychoacoustic parameters in detail,there was a high correlation between sharpness and roughness and subjective scores.Further multiple linear regression analysis showed that sharpness had a significant effect on the subjective perception of the sound quality of the door concealed outer handle,while roughness had a small effect.Based on the sharpness target,we optimized the sound quality of the hidden outer handle of the door for a specific model,reducing the sharpness from 1.52 acum to 1.17 acum by improving the driver motor wrap,applying high-viscosity grease,and adjusting the stop clearance,which was also verified by the subjective score.It provides an empirical case of sound quality optimization for the automotive industry,and also provides a useful reference for future related research.
