摘要
智能无人配送车的研发是时下的热点项目,悬置臂作为配送车的重要部件,在配送车运行过程中受到多个方向力的作用,对悬置臂的力学分析十分必要。为此,针对某款无人配送车悬置臂,使用MeshFree软件对其进行静力与模态分析,并与传统FEM软件OptiStruct、ABAQUS以及另一款无网格分析软件SimSolid的分析结果进行对比,验证了MeshFree计算精度的优越性,为无人车及其零部件有限元仿真分析提供一定参考。
The development of intelligent unmanned delivery vehicles is currently a hot topic,and the suspension arm,as an important component of the delivery vehicle,is subjected to multiple directional forces during operation.Therefore,it was necessary to conduct a mechanical analysis of the suspension arm.For this purpose,MeshFree software was used to perform static and modal analysis on the suspension arm of a certain unmanned delivery vehicle,and the analysis results were compared with those of traditional FEM software OptiStruct,ABAQUS,and another meshless analysis software SimSolid.The superiority of MeshFree′s calculation accuracy was verified,providing a certain reference for finite element simulation analysis of unmanned vehicles and their components.
