摘要
通过研究不同食品模拟物对未涂布食品包装纸的总迁移量的影响,发现50%乙醇作为食品模拟物所测结果相对较高。进一步的研究发现,松香胶添加量对纸张的松香总迁移量有重要影响。纸张的松香总迁移量随着松香胶添加量的增加而增加,且松香胶添加量的增加对提升纸张憎液性能有显著影响;在保证纸张质量和性能的前提下兼具成本考虑,添加量在20~30kg/t之间,既保证了纸张较低的松香总迁移量,又提升了纸张的憎液性能,为实际造纸生产时选择合适的松香胶添加量并赋予纸张优良憎液性能提供参考依据。
In this paper,the influence of different food simulants on the total migration of uncoated food packaging paper was studied.It was found that the migration level was relatively high when 50%ethanol was used as a food simulant.Further research proved that the amount of rosin size added has an important influence on the total rosin migration of paper.The total rosin migration increases with the addition of rosin size,and adding more rosin size is conducive to improving the liquid repellency of paper.Considering the quality of paper,the addition of rosin size between 20 and 30 kg/t can not only ensure a low rosin migration of paper,but also improve the liquid repellency,providing a reference for actual production.
