摘要
毕节试验区建设贯彻新发展理念示范区,是一项系统复杂长期的工作,涉及到示范引领、乡村振兴、发展主题、人力资源开发、发展目标、战略定位等问题,慎审处理好其间错综复杂的关系,有利于推进建成贯彻新发展理念示范区,推进毕节高质量发展。这些重要的关系包括以下几个:一是多党合作示范区与新发展理念示范区关系;二是试验区与示范区关系;三是人口数量与人口质量关系;四是新发展理念示范区与高质量发展关系;五是巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴关系。
The construction of Bijie experimental region as a demonstration area for the implementation of new development concepts is a systematic,complex,and long-term,involving issues such as leading by example,rural revitalization,development themes,human resource development,development goals,and strategic positioning.Carefully managing the intricate relationships within this process is conducive to advancing the establishment of a demonstration area that fully implements new development concepts.
