摘要
灰霉病是草莓生产上的一种重要病害,对草莓的品质质量和产量有着重要影响,为了探索该病害的有效生物防控药剂,减少对化学农药的依赖性,本试验选用0.4%大丽轮枝孢激活蛋白和寡雄腐霉菌进行不同比例的混配,来探索对草莓灰霉病的田间防控效果。实验结果表明:0.4%大丽轮枝孢激活蛋白和寡雄腐霉菌以1∶8~10的比例进行混配,田间防控效果可达80%以上,可以作为今后草莓灰霉病田间防控指导配比。
Gray mould is a major disease affecting the yield and quality of strawberry.To explore effective biological agents and reduce reliance on chemical pesticides,this study evaluated the efficacy of Verticillium Dahliae Asp-f2 Like(VDAL)combined with Pythium oligandrum in various ratios for controlling strawberry gray mould.The results showed that when the ratio of VDAL to Pythium oligandrum was between 1∶8 and 1∶10,the control efficacy was more than 80%,this finding suggest that this combination can be used for future field control of the disease.
