摘要
农药登记证是农药产品进入市场的“准生证”,更是农药登记证持有人获取经济利益的根基。本文对农药登记证持有人对于登记延续存在理解偏差的问题做了相应的解析。
A pesticide registration certificate is not only a“permit for market entry”for pesticide products but also the foundation for economic benefits for the holder of pesticide registration certificate.This paper analyzes the misunderstanding that holders of pesticide registration certificate may have regarding the renewal of registration.
