摘要
在高速线材产线中,精轧活套辊磨损较快,使用寿命较短,需要频繁更换,严重影响了产线的生产效率。通过采用等离子熔覆工艺镶嵌硬质合金块的新型硬质合金活套辊,该硬质合金活套辊的耐磨性和耐高温性显著提高,使用寿命提高了10倍以上,提升了产线的生产效率,明显减少了堆钢现象,提高了产品质量的稳定性。
In the high-speed wire rod production line,the finishing mill looper rolls wear out relatively quickly,have a short service life,need to be replaced frequently,which seriously affects the production efficiency of the production line.By adopting a new type of cemented carbide looper roll with cemented carbide blocks inlaid through the plasma cladding process,the wear resistance and high-temperature resistance of this cemented carbide looper roll have been significantly improved.Its service life has increased by more than 10 times,the production efficiency of the production line has been enhanced,the phenomenon of steel piling has been significantly reduced,and the stability of product quality has been improved.
