摘要
酸连轧高效无取向硅钢轧硬卷板面清洁度差,其主要原因是板面酸洗不干净、轧制工艺参数设定不合理、乳化液过滤时间设置不合理、生产计划安排不合理等。通过采取两次酸洗、提高机架间张力、提高乳化液浓度和温度、降低工作辊表面粗糙度、延长乳化液过滤时间、优化生产计划等措施,高效无取向硅钢表面残留物大幅减少,表面反射率得到提高。
The cleanliness of the full hard coils'surface of high-efficiency non-oriented silicon steel produced by PLTCM is poor.The main reasons are analyzed to be incomplete acid washed of the surface,unreasonable setting of rolling process parameters,unreasonable setting of emulsion filtration time and unreasonable production planning arrangement.By adopting measures such as twice acid washing,increasing the tension between stands,increasing the concentration and temperature of emulsion,reducing the surface roughness of work rolls,extending the filtration time of emulsion,optimizing production plans and so on,the surface residue of high-efficiency non-oriented silicon steel is significantly reduced,and the surface reflectivity is improved.
