摘要
DELLA蛋白是赤霉素信号通路的核心负调控因子,在植物与环境互作和调节植物生长发育方面具有重要的作用。本研究开展龙眼DELLAs基因家族(命名为DlDELLAs)的全基因组鉴定和生物信息学分析。利用前期获得的“鸡蛋本”龙眼基因组数据,搜索鉴定到10个DlDELLAs基因,分别分布在7条染色体上,均含有DELLA保守结构域。亚细胞定位分析发现DlDELLAs蛋白在细胞核、细胞质、叶绿体及内质网中均有分布。进化树分析显示10个龙眼DlDELLAs蛋白被分为5个亚族。顺式作用元件分析发现DlDELLAs基因上游启动子序列包含多个光响应、激素反应、胁迫反应以及植物生长发育相关的元件;DlDELLAs的表达水平在不同器官之间存在差异,大多数DlDELLAs基因在种子、根、茎和花中均有表达,而DlDELLA5、DlDELLA9、DlDELLA10分别只在叶片、种子、根中表达。以上研究丰富了我们对龙眼DlDELLAs基因家族的理解,为后续的基因功能研究奠定了基础。
The DELLA proteins act as the major negative regulatory protein involved in the gibberellin signaling pathway,and they play an important role in plant-environment interactions and the regulation of plant growth and development.In order to explore the structural characteristics and functions of the longan DELLA gene family,this study performed genome-wide identification and bioinformatics analysis of the longan DELLA gene family(named DlDELLA).Based on the'Jidanben'longan genome and transcriptome data published in our previous study,10 DlDELLAs were identified,which were distributed on seven different chromosomes and all contained conserved DELLA domains.Subcellular localization analysis revealed that DlDELLAs were located in the nucleus,cytoplasm,chloroplast and endoplasmic reticulum.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the 10 DlDELLA proteins were divided into five subfamilies.Cis-acting element analysis showed that the promoter region of DlDELLA genes contained several elements relevant to light response,hormone response,stress response and plant development.The expression analysis revealed significant variations in the expression levels of DlDELLAs among different organs.Most DlDELLA family members were expressed in seeds,roots,stems and flowers,while DlDELLA5 was only expressed in leaves,DlDELLA9 was only expressed in seeds,and DlDELLA10 was only expressed in roots.The above studies enhance our understanding of the DlDELLA gene family in longan and provide theoretical guidance and reference for the study on the function of DlDELLA genes.
