摘要
目的探讨宫外孕Ⅰ号方联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠(EP)的临床效果。方法纳入2020年1月至2024年4月就诊的80例EP患者,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用米非司酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用宫外孕Ⅰ号方治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效、血清激素、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平、临床指标恢复情况、生活质量及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)较对照组(75.00%)高,临床指标恢复正常时间较对照组短,不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清激素及β-HCG水平较对照组低,生活质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论EP患者应用宫外孕Ⅰ号方联合米非司酮治疗效果较好,可有效改善血清激素及β-HCG水平,加速疾病康复进程,提高患者生活质量,且可减少不良反应的发生,为临床治疗本病提供一定的参考依据。
Objective Investigate the clinical effect of ectopic pregnancy formulaⅠcombined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods Eighty patients with EP who visited from January 2020 to April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group were treated with mifepristone tablets,the observation group were treated with ectopic pregnancy formulaⅠcombined with mifepristone tablets,both groups were treated for 14 days continuously.The clinical efficacy,serum hormones,β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)levels,recovery of clinical indicators,quality of life and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(75.00%),the recovery time of clinical indicators was shorter,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum hormone andβ-HCG levels in the observation group were lower,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EP patients with ectopic pregnancy formula I combined with mifepristone treatment effect is better,can effectively improve the level of serum hormones andβ-HCG,accelerate the process of disease rehabilitation,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,provide a certain reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
