燃煤炉改烧燃气的炉膛结构改造研究

摘要 文章聚焦燃煤锅炉改燃气锅炉的炉膛结构改造研究。燃气锅炉借助燃烧器喷入燃料进行燃烧,无需炉排等设备。研究运用数值模拟方法,针对燃煤炉改烧瓦斯气后的炉体及其附属设备制定了三种改造方案。经对比分析各方案对锅炉热工过程的影响,综合考量炉膛温度场、湍流强度、温度均匀性以及不完全燃烧热损失等因素,最终选定炉底埋设水冷壁的方案。该方案具有不完全燃烧热损失较小、温度场均匀的优势,火焰最高温度位于炉膛中部,不会直接冲刷炉墙与水冷壁,既有利于传热,又能避免因高温火焰导致锅炉炉膛结构损坏。同时,研究还指出火焰冲击炉墙和水冷壁会引发诸多问题,如温度不均影响传热、损害结构,增加NO_x排放等,并且强调在设计运行时应将气体燃料的不完全燃烧热损失控制在0.5%~1.0%的合理范围内,以保障锅炉运行的效率与安全。 This paper focuses on the research of the furnace structure modification for converting coal-fired boilers to gasfired boilers.Gas-fired boilers use burners to inject fuel for combustion and do not require equipment such as grates.Numerical simulation methods were used in the research to develop three modification schemes for the furnace body and its auxiliary equipment after converting a coal-fired furnace to burn coal gas.By comparing and analyzing the influence of each scheme on the boiler’s thermal process,and comprehensively considering factors such as the furnace temperature field,turbulence intensity,temperature uniformity,and incomplete combustion heat loss,the scheme of embedding a water-cooled wall at the furnace bottom was finally selected.This scheme has the advantages of small incomplete combustion heat loss and a uniform temperature field.The highest flame temperature is in the middle of the furnace,and the flame does not directly scour the furnace walls and watercooled walls,which is not only conducive to heat transfer but also can prevent damage to the boiler furnace structure caused by high-temperature flames.At the same time,the research also points out that the impact of the flame on the furnace walls and watercooled walls can cause many problems,such as uneven temperature affecting heat transfer,damaging the structure,and increasing NOx emissions.It also emphasizes that during the design and operation,the incomplete combustion heat loss of gas fuels should be controlled within a reasonable range of 0.5%-1.0%to ensure the efficiency and safety of boiler operation..
