摘要
气候变化是当前环保领域重点关注的一个问题。应对气候变化政策的推出及实行受多种因素的影响。因此,在回顾国内外应对气候变化政策发展变化的基础上,从能源因素、产业因素和政府理念的角度,探讨这些因素对气候变化政策的影响,进而对应对气候变化政策的制定提出建议。
Climate change is currently a key concern in the field of environmental protection.The introduction and implementation of climate change policies are influenced by various factors.Therefore,based on reviewing the development and changes of climate change policies at home and abroad,the impact of energy factor,industry factor and government attitude on climate change policies were explored,and suggestions are proposed for the formulation of climate change policies.
