摘要
当前,长沙烟叶生产存在技术发展不平衡和烟叶产质量不稳定等问题,推动构建烟叶种植合作社全程专业化服务模式是提高烟叶种植效益、实现烟叶产业现代化发展的重要途径。研究基于对长沙烟叶种植的调研情况,剖析了烟叶种植专业化服务的必要性与可行性,提出构建“一体两翼”专业化服务模式,以期为解决行业内管理不平衡、烟叶质量效益差异化及用工“难、散、贵”等问题提供建议,为现代烟叶种植合作社管理模式专业化发展提供参考。
The present tobacco production in Changsha faces problems such as unbalanced development of technology and unstable quality.Promoting the development of whole-process specialized service mode of tobacco planting cooperatives is an important way to improve the benefits of tobacco planting and modernize the tobacco industry.Based on a survey of tobacco planting in Changsha,this paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of specialized service for tobacco planting and proposed a specialized service model of"one body with two wings"to solve the unbalanced management,different tobacco quality and benefits,difficult employment,scattered labor,and high labor costs,aiming to provide reference for the specialized management of modern tobacco planting cooperatives.
