先进控制技术在分离装置C4选择加氢反应器入口温度控制上的应用

摘要 某厂分离装置C4选择加氢反应器入口温度在生产控制过程中出现的大时滞、多干扰因素、非线性等问题,以及无法实现温度自动控制,手动控制波动幅度大,操作人员劳动强度大的现状,采用多变量模型预测控制软件应用技术,对C4选择加氢反应器入口温度的控制,不仅可以实现C4选择加氢反应器入口温度与冷、热媒和蒸汽之间的及时匹配响应,定向快速、精准调整,保障了C4选择加氢反应器的稳定生产,降低了产品不合格率,提高了转化率。由于自动化程度的提高,大大降低了操作人员劳动强度,实现无人操作控制过程。 The problem of large time delay,multiple interference factors,nonlinearity,and inability to achieve automatic temperature control,large fluctuation amplitude in manual control,and high labor intensity of operators in the production control process of the C4 selective hydrogenation reactor inlet temperature in a certain plant separation device,as well as the current situation of inability to achieve temperature automatic control,large fluctuation amplitude in manual control,and high labor intensity of operators,is solved by using multivariable model predictive control software application technology to control the inlet temperature of the C4 selective hydrogenation reactor.This not only achieves timely matching response between the inlet temperature of the C4 selective hydrogenation reactor and cold,hot media,and steam,but also ensures stable production of the C4 selective hydrogenation reactor,reduces product rejection rate,and improves conversion rate.Due to the improvement of automation,the labor intensity of operators has been greatly reduced,achieving unmanned operation and control processes.
