摘要
在现代社会中,手机与人类紧密相连,手机表面携带病原体对公众健康构成严重威胁。金黄色葡萄球菌是引发人类感染的重要病原,通过药敏试验、生物信息学分析等对金黄色葡萄球菌进行耐药性分析及分子分型分析,发现金黄色葡萄球菌引发人类感染的流行克隆——ST7克隆,迫切需要对手机中的病原菌进一步监测,为保障人类健康和公共卫生安全提供依据。
In modern society,mobile phones are closely connected with human beings,and carrying pathogens on the surface of mobile phones poses a serious threat to public health.Staphylococcus aureus is an important pathogen causing human infection.Drug susceptibility test and bioinformatics analysis were used to analyze drug resistance and molecular typing of Staphylococcus aureus.In this study,ST7 clone,a popular clone of human infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus,was found,which suggests that further surveillance of pathogenic bacteria in mobile phones is urgently needed to provide a basis for protecting human health and public health safety.
