摘要
工业工程是综合性的工程学科,旨在通过优化人员、设备、信息和能源等资源的使用,提高生产效率和质量。在IE理论的基础上,应用流程程序分析法和人机操作分析法从宏观和微观两个方面对南京某床具生产车间的串簧工序展开了系统的研究。宏观上应用5W1H分析法挖掘其产品生产工序中存在的不合理之处,针对发现的问题应用ESRS原则对不合理之处优化改进,优化结果显示:整个操作流程减少了操作次数1次,运送次数3次,检验次数1次,移动距离从55 m减少为25.6 m,减少了51.8%,整体时间减少了9.5%。微观上对工人乙的全部操作进行人机操作作业分析,并用ESRS原则对结果分析优化,优化结果显示:人的周期时间由114 s减少为90 s,人的操作时间从94 s减少为90 s,人的空闲时间由20 s变为0 s,人的利用率从82%变为100%。
Industrial engineering is a comprehensive engineering discipline that aims to optimize the utilization of resources,such as people,equipment,information,and energy,in order to enhance production efficiency and quality.Grounded in industrial engineering(IE)theory,this study employs the process program analysis method and the manmachine operation analysis method to systematically investigate the spring assembly process in a bed production workshop in Nanjing,examining the process from both macro and micro perspectives.The 5W1H(What,Why,Where,When,Who,and How)approach is utilized to identify the inefficient aspects in the product manufacturing proecess,and the ESRS(Eliminate,Simplify,Rearrange,and Standardize)principle is applied to optimize and improve these problematic areas.The optimization results demonstrate that the production efficiency of the product has been significantlyenhanced,with improvements made to both the production process and the man-machine operations.
