摘要
本文基于一台自主设计的分布式能源用燃气轮机轴流压气机的数值仿真和性能预测研究结果,开展了试验验证工作。在整个试验期间,一共录取了近300条性能特性曲线,并进行了100余次逼喘振试验。大量的试验数据,为深入剖析试验机组提供了充足的数据支撑,证实其完全满足了杭汽轮50MW等级自研燃机的设计指标和匹配需求。
Based on the numerical simulation and performance prediction results of a self-developed gas turbines compressor applied in distributed energy,the experimental verification work was carried out in this paper.During the entire test period,nearly 300 characteristic curves were obtained,and more than 100 surge-approach tests were conducted.A large amount of test data provides sufficient data support for in-depth analysis of the test compressor,confirming that it fully meets the design specifications and matching requirements of the 50MW class self-developed gas turbine by Hangzhou Turbine Power Group Co.,Ltd.
