摘要
随着心力衰竭(心衰)患者数量的增加,药物管理已成为治疗和管理心衰的重要环节。传统药物管理方法面临依从性差和监控滞后的问题,数字健康技术提供了新的解决方案。本综述通过系统回顾近年来数字健康技术在心衰患者用药评估、用药干预、用药咨询、随访中的应用,为护理人员对心衰患者进行数字化药物管理提供参考。
With the increasing number of patients with heart failure(heart failure),drug management has become an important part of the treatment and management of heart failure.Traditional drug management methods face the problems of poor compliance and lagging monitor-ing,and digital health technology provides a new solution.This review systematically reviewed the application of digital health technology in medication evaluation,medication intervention,medication consultation and follow-up in patients with heart failure in recent years,and pro-vided a reference for nurses to carry out digital drug management in patients with heart failure.
